NC Dental - State Enforcers Perspective Roundtable

    12:30 PM EST

In North Carolina State Board of Dental Examiners v. Federal Trade Commission, the Supreme Court held that in certain circumstances state licensing boards were not immune from antitrust liability. Post-NC Dental, state antitrust bureaus have confronted the implications of this decision in numerous ways, including defending state licensing boards accused of antitrust violations, and in confronting potential legislation addressing NC Dental. In this panel, we will discuss how state enforcers have wrestled with these complications with the enforcers making those decisions.
