The New AIA Contract Documents: What's New?

    1 PM GMT

The AIA Contract Documents were updated in 2017 based on industry trends and court decisions.  This program will review and analyze some of the most significant changes from the core set of documents, including the A101, A201, B101 and A401.  Hear from an expert panel as they analyze the most important changes made to several commonly negotiated and contested terms found in the contractor, subcontractor, and architect agreements, covering topics ranging from project estimating to sustainability, from additional services to insurance requirements, and learn how these revisions will impact your practice.
This program will serve as a great substitute for those Forum members who were unable to attend the Fall Meeting on the new AIA Documents.  The panelists are the 2 co-editors for the 2017 Forum handbook on the A201.
