Panelists will discuss information sharing among antitrust enforcers and regulatory agencies of different jurisdictions and between parties and agencies in the context of cartel investigations. They will consider challenges in conducting internal investigations and meeting enforcer/regulator demands, while remaining mindful of ethical considerations and potential follow-on civil damages actions. The panel will explore the what, who, where and how of information flows.
