    Program Description: 
    This panel presentation will provide participants with an introduction to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Agreement State Program.  Topics will include an overview of this unique program where a federal agency relinquishes its jurisdiction to the states—the panelists will discuss the program from the perspective of the NRC, an Agreement State, and a licensee. This program continues the Nuclear Law Committee’s Nuclear Law 101 series, which introduces participants to the basics of practicing nuclear law in the United States.
