    Europe's e-Commerce Sector Inquiry: Final Report and Next Steps in Enforcement

    The European Commission released the final report on its e-Commerce Sector Inquiry in May 2017. The inquiry threw up concerns in a number of areas and the Commission has initiated a number of investigations, including three enforcement cases in February 2017 and three more in June 2017. The panel will briefly discuss the conclusions of the Final Report before exploring the enforcement action taken by the Commission so far and other expected developments.
