State Enforcement in the Pharmaceutical Industry

    12 PM EDT

Panel discusses recent state enforcement actions in the pharmaceutical sector in order to shed light on the role that state Attorneys General play in protecting competitive drug pricing. Conversations will center on the recent generic drug price fixing, distribution restriction, and product hopping cases brought by state AGs, including discussing why and how the decision to file suit was made.
