The book covers the distinctions between real estate law and litigation practice, the essentials of contract law, the development of the law regarding attorney review clauses, relationships between attorneys and real estate brokers, interpretations of various typically used contract provisions in residential transactions, mortgage lending and the impact of the recent regulations promulgated by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau incident to Dodd-Frank, and more.
