10 Things You Need to Know about the First 100 Days
3:30 PM EDT
During the first 100 days of the Trump administration we have seen a new approach to environmental issues and opportunities take shape. Please join us for a discussion on the status and implementation of the Trump administration’s priority environmental initiatives. Led by three diverse speakers, we will examine how the new administration is approaching regulatory reform, budget and workforce reductions, governance actions such as Executive Orders and various motions in the courts, vacancies in key senior agency positions, Congressional Review Act outcomes, and cooperative federalism. We also plan to consider how the Supreme Court may approach Chevron Deference, the changing energy conversation, and the forthcoming national infrastructure plan. This discussion will not only offer diverse perspectives on the directions this administration is taking, but the methods being used to achieve President Trump’s goals as well.
