    This panel presentation will provide participants with an introduction to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC).  Topics will include NRC jurisdiction and organizational structure, and an overview of NRC licensing, adjudication, oversight, rulemaking, and enforcement.  Whether you are interested in practicing before an NRC adjudicatory panel, advising clients about activities that may be subject to NRC regulation, or just want to learn more about the NRC, this program is the place to start.
