    Program Overview: This program will discuss the importance of dispute resolution tools in the resolution of western US water disputes. Alf Brandt, Executive Director of Dividing the Waters, will describe the Dividing the Waters Program that has been used effectively in the western US to train judges to address water related conflicts. Retired Justice Greg Hobbs of the Colorado Supreme Court will highlight lessons learned from Colorado. Lara Fowler, from Penn State, will discuss the growing concerns of water allocation in the eastern US, while Matt Draper, from Draper & Draper LLC will comment on the need for dispute resolution tools in complex water cases. We will have ample time for questions and discussions.
