    This is the second program in CPPC’s “Be the Master Series,” a series of programs designed for the mid-level attorneys who are responsible for managing the day-to-day workload on their cases. This panel focuses on preliminary injunctions in merger cases from both a government and defense perspective. Government attorneys and defense counsel will discuss preparations for preliminary injunctions during the investigation phase of a merger challenge, as well as best practices relating to filing or responding to a motion for a preliminary injunction.
