FTC Competition Advocacy and Professional Associations: A Primer With the Pros
1 PM EST
Please join the TSPA committee as we discuss the FTC's competition advocacy program as it relates to trade and professional associations. FTC competition advocacy is a proven and effective tool in opening up markets to competition; and yet it is in some ways the unsung hero of the FTC's toolbox. Our program will remedy this position as we hear from three experts on the topic: Bilal Sayyed, Tara Koslov, and Suzanne Miyamoto. Each will provide their perspective on FTC competition advocacy and how trade and professional associations can work with the FTC to promote competition to the benefit of consumers.
