During the last years, antitrust legislation and enforcement practices all over the globe have been developing rapidly. Court practice has been catching up with the most recent developments. The agencies across the Eastern Europe countries are not the exception and have been involved in numerous investigations. This program will provide insights on the current regulatory environments, landmark decisions, recent trends in antitrust enforcement as well as potential future developments of the antitrust practice in the area. Our panel consists of experts with extensive private practice experiences in Ukraine, Poland, Russia, the United States and Europe. Panelists will share first hand experiences and give key tips on how to work effectively in antitrust sphere in Eastern Europe countries.
