    Antitrust in the Time of Giants

    The primary objective of this panel is to explore the present and future trajectory of state enforcement actions through a critical analysis of seminal cases from the past. Panelists will extract the lessons of the most significant state enforcement actions and discuss how the lessons from those cases can shape state enforcers’ strategies in the present antitrust climate. Panelists will propose insights for the continued advancement of state enforcement. Insights will relate to selecting which cases to pursue, determining whether states should work together or separately, and more. Panelists are former state enforcers who now work at federal agencies and private firms.
