    Program Overview:

    Because the concept of a BFPP defense is still, 14 years later, fluid. Determining the potential areas of liability for purchasers of contaminated property remains a concern. EPA has recently published a new guidance on the issue of Comfort Letters (Aug 2015). The speakers, from EPA, will discuss the background on the development of the Guidance as well as insights on its implementation.
