The FCC is planning to issue new rules regarding a proposed framework for ensuring that consumers have the tools they need to make informed choices about how their data is used and when it is shared by their broadband providers. This program will provide the regulatory framework of the proposed rules and describe how they may affect the broadband landscape. A diverse panel of in-house and outside counsel and FCC regulators will present.
