Tools for Mediating an International Family Case Online

    12 PM EDT

In international family cases, spouses and parents are often physically located on separate continents when trying to resolve their disputes. They may be unable to travel to hold mediation in person for a variety of reasons, including criminal prosecution, immigration issues, and cost. This teleconference will examine options for mediators to manage a case online through Online Dispute Resolution, and look at an existing ODR platform at use in family law cases in the Netherlands.
