    Program Overview:

    On March 11, 2016, from 12-1 pm EST, the ADR Committee Call will present a panel presentation entitled, "Navigating ADR Programs in Federal Agencies."  The panelists are senior officials who manage the ADR programs for the US Department of Interior, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, US Environmental Protection Agency, and the US Institute for Environmental Conflict Resolution.  This unique panel will provide an overview of the uses of ADR by federal agencies, how they select and retain neutral professionals, advantages of ADR use to both the government and private counsel, and some insights into the future use of ADR to resolve environmental, natural resource, and energy disputes.  We hope you will be able to attend.
