Class Action Fundamentals for Antitrust Litigators
12:30 PM EDT
The certification stage of antitrust class actions is more critical than ever, and the range of Rule 23 issues confronting antitrust litigators has expanded in recent years. Staying on top of the legal and economic issues in Rule 23 cases can be a challenge for both plaintiffs and defendants, unless their counsel are well versed in the fundamentals of class certification law. An experienced class action lawyer and an economist will offer an overview of class certification issues, with a particular emphasis on recent trends.
