Administrative Law: Everybody Does It!
1 PM EST
Many young lawyers may be practicing administrative law and not even know it. A myriad of activities ranging from representing a client in an EEOC matter to providing legal advice on how to comply with SEC regulations can fall under the large umbrella of administrative law and regulatory practice. The practice area is so broad that many lawyers do not even realize that administrative law is a component of their day-to-day jobs. A moderated panel of speakers will provide an overview of administrative law, explain the process of agency rulemaking, and discuss some current hot topics in administrative law.
