Join the Section’s Legislation and Cartel and Criminal Practice Committees for a presentation on the Antitrust Criminal Penalty Enhancement and Reform Act (ACPERA). This program will focus on the policy objectives underlying the enactment and subsequent amendment of ACPERA, along with recent case law interpreting its provisions. The program will also examine a current proposal to amend ACPERA to include anti-retaliatory provisions for whistleblowers under the statute.
