Playing eDisco Ball with the Agencies..Do You Know the Rules?

    12:30 PM EDT

Negotiating discovery and disclosure obligations with an opposing party is never easy, but there are additional complications when a government agency is on the other side of the table.  Did you know, for example, that aspects of agency investigations and administrative hearings are not subject to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure?  This program brings together key stakeholders from the FTC, DOJ, outside counsel and the eDiscovery industry for a roundtable discussion on the challenges (and potential solutions) of playing the game from a different rule book.

    Christy Weisner, Thomson Reuters

    Tracy Greer, Department of Justice
    Melinda Levitt, Foley & Lardner
