    FTAIA Practice and Problems

    12 PM EDT

    This will be part four in the jointly sponsored series on the FTAIA. It will complement the prior three panels by providing practical advice on litigating issues related to the FTAIA, discussing a variety of practical issues (such as when the FTAIA should be raised and how). Panelists will give practical advice on briefing the issue as well as provide tips for how the issue should be raised in early pleadings, jury instructions, and motions in limine. Unlike prior panels on the subject, this one will focus on practical tips to litigating the issue, instead of theoretical or historical issues.

    Moderator:

    * Nickolai G. Levin, DOJ, Antitrust Division

    Speakers:

    * Patrick Clayton, Zelle Hofman
    * Samantha Knox, Davis Polk & Wardwell
