Oneok, Inc. v. Learjet, Inc. and the Future of State Antitrust Preemption

    12 PM EDT

On April 21, 2015, the Supreme Court decided Oneok, Inc. v. This panel will analyze the Court's opinion, the strongly worded dissent, and the implications of the decision for future state law antitrust claims.
