    The FTAIA Before the Supreme Court -- Recent Developments in International Antitrust

    In March, two petitions for certiorari were filed asking the Supreme Court to review the application of the Foreign Trade Antitrust Improvements Act (“FTAIA”) to alleged foreign anticompetitive conduct and related questions regarding international reach of U.S. antitrust law. The speakers will explore this and other current cases and decisions interpreting the FTAIA’s exclusion of conduct involving U.S. import commerce (the import commerce exclusion).
