Diversity in the Workplace: Are Mentors Really Necessary for Success?
2 PM EDT
Mentors are a valuable, yet often underestimated tool that young, diverse lawyers need in their career development toolkit. This teleconference will explore the importance of mentors, the difference between mentorship and sponsorship, how to find mentors, and mentoring best practices.
