Practicing Before the Enforcement Agencies: New York

    6 PM EDT

Civil and criminal antitrust enforcement is a national endeavor. New York -- the home of the DOJ Antitrust Division’s New York field office, the FTC’s Northeast Regional Office and the NYAG’s Antitrust Bureau—is a key center of enforcement activity in the region. Each of the three offices is responsible for investigations and/or litigation with implications that extend far beyond its regional responsibilities. Please join us for a lively and informative discussion with agency leadership about the roles their offices play and current enforcement activities and goals. A networking reception will follow.

Jessica K. Delbaum, Shearman and Sterling
