Antitrust and the NCAA: The O'Bannon Litigation on Appeal

    1:30 PM EDT

The landscape of college sports is changing rapidly, and no decision is more important than U.S. District Court Chief Judge Claudia Wilken’s recent findings of fact and conclusions of law following a bench trial in the O'Bannon v. NCAA litigation.  Judge Wilken’s decision is now on appeal.  With all appellate briefs submitted and oral argument finished, this panel will address the most pressing questions in the case.  A distinguished set of panelists, including noted legal scholars and antitrust litigators, will explore these important issues and more. Don’t miss it!
