    It has been ten years since evidence of widespread big-rigging and pay-to-play schemes at Marsh and McClennan  was exposed by then New York Attorney General, Eliot Spitzer.  The revelations spawned numerous lawsuits, regulatory actions, and settlements that had a significant impact on the commercial insurance industry.  This program will take a look back at what happened and examine how the industry has changed.
