This program is the sixteenth chapter in a multi-part series examining critical issues for international cartel practitioners in key enforcement jurisdictions around the world. The series offers practical insights from leading cartel law practitioners in each jurisdiction. Each chapter provides an overview of the jurisdiction's cartel laws, offers insights into the investigative process and leniency/immunity program, discusses key issues relating to penalties, fines and follow-on civil claims, and reports on recent developments.
