Don’t miss out on any of the last two months’ developments in antitrust law that may affect your company, your clients, or your litigation strategy. Join the Corporate Counseling Committee for its monthly Antitrust Update for In-House Counsel. This program, which will cover developments occurring during the month of March and April, will include discussion of recent FTC and DOJ enforcement actions, recent developments in private antitrust litigation, and international developments. This program is being presented by attorneys from Reed Smith LLP and will be moderated by Atleen Kaur, Vice-Chair, Corporate Counseling Committee.
