Green Banks are a vehicle for adapting the working principles of transactional finance law and energy policy regulation to facilitate a series of privately initiated projects and transactions which collectively produce decarbonization results in the US. Representatives of four different local green bank organizations will participate in panel discussions titled “How do Lawyers work with Green Banks?” and “Green Banks in the DC Area.” Attendees will have the opportunity to network between panels and light refreshments will be served.
