    As general counsel at ODNI, Jason Klitenic is responsible for a team of attorneys who provide authoritative legal advice on complex and novel legal issues. He works closely with counterparts in other IC elements and federal departments and agencies, playing a central role in furthering the DNI’s intelligence integration mission and addressing cutting edge challenges posed by rapidly changing technology, new legislation, and litigation impacting the IC. Mr. Klitenic will discuss various national security issues including security clearance reform, CFIUS and supply chain management. 

    The cost for this event is $25.00 per person, or $15.00 for law students, military service members company grade or below, and government lawyers GS-12 or below.
