"Women of Legal Tech" began in 2015 with a list created by Heidi Alexander, a Law Practice Magazine and Law Technology Today contributor and practice management advisor. Beginning in 2017, the ABA's Legal Technology Resource Center Board selected additional women to join this prestigious list, and have done so each year. The 2020 Summit will celebrate the additional women added to the list.
This one-day symposium will include a full day of sessions designed to focus attention on increasing opportunities for women lawyers in tech generally or legal tech specifically, including proposed solutions to the challenges women face in breaking into tech and legal tech and presentations from honorees and women practicing in the field.
The morning will consist of Ignite-style sessions from current and former honorees and recognition of the 2020 additions to the list. Lunch will feature networking opportunities, followed by a one-hour CLE and an interactive session.
Registration fees include all sessions, lunch, and refreshments. Discounted registration is available for current law students through their ABA membership. ABA membership is free for law students.
