This year's conference has an additional focus with the addition of Construction. Beginning on Wednesday, January 29th the FSLC Committee will be holding their Business Meetings, followed by the explosive program on Thursday and Friday for Construction Fidelity and Surety:
- Vital Signs of a Healthy Contractor- This program will include substantive and insightful presentations and panels on an array of topics from industry insiders, attorneys and consultants. Continuing our commitment to provide quality programming on construction related topics
- A Whole New World: The Impact of Technology and Cyber Crime on Fidelity Policies- This day and a half programing for fidelity will impact attendees exploring how the fidelity world has adapted to new technologies and threats. Expert panelist will discuss how the courts have decided various coverage issues and what this means going forward
- CPR for the Dying Contractor- The Surety program is innovative and will examine the principal concerns of financing, bankruptcy and funds control for the contractor. Identifying the necessary tools and actions to diagnose, treat and possibly cure the ailing contractor. Claim professionals, attorneys, and consultants are working together to bring a vibrant and unique perspective to this program.
