46th Spring Conference
8 AM PDT
The ABA Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources’ 46th Spring Conference program is built to explore topics and issues facing the environmental lawyer today. It’s an unmatched opportunity to hear from the nation's leading top lawyers, government officials, in-house counsel, and academics who will weigh in on timely and significant topics effecting natural resources law. Los Angeles provides the backdrop for our two day CLE program at the Loews Hollywood Hotel on March 29-31, 2017.
This program builds on the tradition as the premiere environmental law conference with deep dives into practical legal matters. Panel discussions cover a broad range of topics including; energy and environment priorities of the new administration and the 115th congress, what all environmental, energy, and resources lawyers need to know about TSCA reform, and FERC pipeline certificate proceedings and new disputes over “public convenience and necessity.”
Connect, share ideas, and gather insight with thought leaders and professionals from around the country in the heart of Hollywood, filled with stellar entertainment, world class dining, and stellar shopping destinations. We kick off our conference with our annual public service project which will be a joint effort with attendees from the Section's 35th Water Law Conference. On Wednesday evening, attendees from the Water Law Conference, the Environmental Summit of the Americas and the Spring conference are welcome to join us for a networking cocktail reception with unparalleled views of the iconic Hollywood sign.
