34th Water Law Conference
Hyatt Regency Austin, 7:30 AM CDT
Please join us for the ABA Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources, 34th Water Law Conference in Austin, Texas. We are bringing together the very best water lawyers from across the country to address practical topics and new legal developments that impact your practice. The conference provides a great opportunity for lawyers and other water professionals to hear from and network with speakers from private practice, government, in-house counsel, and academia. As water resource and quality issues become more complicated, this conference will explore innovative solutions to dealing with the challenge of scarcity, the impact of shortages on long-term water supply planning, and the impact of water resources on different sectors of the economy. Programming will also include panel discussions and debate on recent changes in the law, hot topics, water quality issues, and much more.
The live music, restaurants, and shopping that surround the conference location in downtown Austin enhance the unparalleled learning and networking experience offered at the 2016 Water Law Conference. The conference begins on Tuesday, March 29 with a full day of CLE sessions followed by a networking reception, and continues on Wednesday, March 30 with a morning of CLE sessions, including ethics. The conference concludes Wednesday afternoon with a joint public service project with attendees from the Section's 45th Spring Conference. We hope to see you in Austin for learning, networking, music, and great food!
