The Trial of Al Capone For Murder at the St. Valentine's Day Massacre
Goodman Theatre, 12:30 PM CDT
Online Registration for this event is now closed. Tickets will be sold at the door.
The massacre occurred on February 14, 1929. Members of the North Side Gang were lined up in a garage on North Clark Street, in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago’s North Side, and executed.
The government alleges Al Capone orchestrated this brutal murder. Capone says: “Absolutely not true”, and during a press interview against his attorney’s advice Capone reveals that he will take the stand in his own defense.
Don’t miss the mock trial of the century as Al Capone finally stands trial for the St. Valentine’s Day Massacre of members of the rival North Side gang. A celebrity jury will deliberate after hearing live testimony from a parade of famous characters, including Elliot Ness and the original Scarface himself.
