33rd Annual Water Law Conference
Four Seasons Hotel Denver, 7:45 AM MDT
The ABA Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources' 33rd Water Law Conference will be held this year from June 4-5, 2015, in Denver, CO. The conference will both exploit its location near the Rockies to examine emerging water issues that are important to the Mountain West and take a much broader look at water issues in the law, from water quality considerations to new sources of water supply to federal law issues to recent developments in all the states, East to West.
The Water Law Conference has a long tradition of providing balanced examinations of contemporary developments in the law of water to lawyers in many capacities whose practice areas involve water. As always, the conference will begin with a "Water Law 101" topic designed to give a more basic overview of one area of water law to practitioners who are new to this area. It will also include an ethics session (and ethics CLE credit) and two keynote speakers.
