Distilling Issues in Alcohol Distribution

In the 80 years since the repeal of Prohibition, state laws regulating alcohol sales have been challenged on many grounds. This panel will review the unique issues in the distribution of alcohol, including state regulation of pricing and distribution, direct-to-consumer shipping, and internet sales. The panelists will discuss the special antitrust, consumer protection and constitutional issues that arise in this industry.
