Scholarships

A limited number of scholarships to defray tuition expenses are available for this program. For attorneys who qualify will receive a 50% reduction in the course fee(s). This does not include any reduction in meals, lodging, or travel costs associated with the course. To request an application or receive additional information, please contact Bernadette Steele at Bernadette.Steele@americanbar.org. Scholarship applications must be received by the ABA no later than January 6, 2020 prior to the program presentation.

CLE Credit

The ABA will seek 15.20 hours of CLE credit in 60-minute states, and 18.30 hours of CLE credit for this program in 50-minute states 1.0 hours of ethics credit in 60-minute states and 1.20 hours of ethics credit in 50-minute states. Cancellation Policy

Registrants who are unable to attend the program will receive a refund of the registration fee less a $50.00 administrative fee if a written cancellation is received by January 6, 2020. After January 6th, no refunds will be granted. Substitutions are permitted. Cancellations may be sent by email to the Forum on Communications Law at Bernadette.Steele@americanbar.org. The ABA reserves the right to cancel any program and assumes no responsibility for personal expenses.
