      The 2019 Hague Convention (Convention of 2 July 2019 on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Judgments in Civil or Commercial Matters/Judgement Conventions) aim to allow the circulation of judgements, which is often hindered and blocked by local legislation. Is this new Convention able to meet the challenge? This session will explore how it works and allows foreign judgements to be recognized and enforced from US and European perspectives.
