      There have been many programs discussing the insurance issues that arise in mass tort bankruptcy cases. This webinar will discuss the issues insurers and debtors face in the more typical bankruptcy case, including what should be in a "First Day Insurance Order", how should insured claims be handled both during the case and post-plan confirmation, renewal of policies during the course of the case and how the nature of the insurance (loss-sensitive v. guaranteed cost) impacts all these issues.
