      From the 2024 Fall Meeting: Delaware and California recently passed regulations on Noncompete Agreements (as of July 2023). Both states have significant interests in noncompete issues. The FTC has implemented a federal ban and a Texas court has responded. This program explains the current state of the law with regard to the use of these type of restrictive covenants and identifies practice tips and unfolding trends. The topic is a draw for transactional, litigator, and in-house counsel.
