This program will compare international climate enforcement cases from Brazil (PSB et al. v. Brazil), France (Notre Affaire a Tous and Others v. France), and Mexico (Neustros Derechos al Futuro y Medio Ambientes Sano et al., v. Mexico) with the 2022 U.S. Supreme Court case West Virginia v. EPA. Panelists will discuss their strategies, the impact of these cases on future litigation, and differences in enforcement using domestic and international law in the U.S and these countries.
