Corporate Governance in Banking [CC]
Some principles of corporate governance are universal regardless of entity type. However, banks are special entities with special characteristics. To that end, this session will provide an introduction to the general corporate governance principles applicable to banks, as well as the more nuanced principles and expectations that apply to bank directors and management in light of the "specialness" of banking entities in the United States.
