The Supreme Court's decision in Loper Bright Enterprises v. Raimondo and Relentless v. Learning Objectives: After attending the session, the participant will be able to:
•Identify how the law regarding agency deference changed with the Supreme Court’s decision in Loper Bright and Relentless.
•Understand considerations for navigating current tax controversies in light of the decision.
Moderator: Kavya Rajasekar, Latham & Watkins, New York.
Panelists: Michael J. Desmond, Partner, Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP, Los Angeles, CA & Washington, D.C., Carina Federico, Crowell & Moring LLP, Washington, D.C., David Foster, Kirkland & Ellis LLP, Washington, D.C., Eric J. Konopka, Latham & Watkins, Washington, D.C.
