      Issues of governance, oversight and management are complex and situation specific across organizations of all sizes. The authors present a framework that enables corporate counsel to aid in the resolution of these issues, drawing on the authors' experience and familiarity with the Boeing, Marchand(Blue Bell), Wells Fargo, and Walt Disney matters, along with their experiences with corporations, large general partnerships and bankruptcy reorganizations of international entities.

      The authors' objectives are to provide counsel with concepts, approaches and tools to aid in addressing the delicate but critical issues requiring counsel's involvement.

      CLE Information
      The ABA will seek 1.50 hours of CLE credit in 60-minute states, and 1.80 hours of CLE credit for this program in 50-minute states. Credit hours are estimated and are subject to each state's approval and credit rounding rules. Please visit the ABA MCLE website for general information on CLE.
