      From the 2024 Business Law Section Spring Meeting: This program will explain how the legal frameworks and nature of commercial transactions are changing in the digital era. Tokenized securities, payment rights, and other digital assets that may have advantages with respect to transferability and ability to cut off adverse claims will be addressed, as will the 2022 UCC amendments. The panel will also cover real-world applications of digital assets in this evolving legal landscape.
