      Beginning with an introduction to AI, Pasha will discuss how AI is currently being integrated into construction, from design through maintenace management. Ignatious will discuss information governence, how to use generative AI in eDiscovery and how to request information in discovery, as well as litigaion implications of AI in the life cycle, and how const lawyers are using AI and the associated risks. Chip will conclude the AI discussion with risk sharing in contract drafting, the risks of using/not using AI in professional practice, and AI acceptance and use in courts.

      The ABA will seek 1.50 hours of General CLE credit in 60-minute states and 1.80 hours of General CLE credit for this program in 50-minute states. Credit hours are estimated and are subject to each state’s approval and credit rounding rules.
